A classic, lovingly restored beach cottage in downtown Myrtle Beach, a couple of blocks north of the Darlington and about a block from the ocean and the Boardwalk. The cottage has a cozy living room, a kitchen with an eat-in area, two bedrooms with queen beds and one bathroom with a tub. Outside you’ll find outdoor space with a picnic table and a grill for easy evenings. Stroll to the Boardwalk, the 2nd Ave Pier, Family Kingdom and downtown dining and arcades. Wi-Fi and smart TVs, central air and parking for two cars are included. There’s also a sleeper sofa, so families with an extra little one are welcome. Just give us a call.

A Beach Place

A cute single-level beach house a couple of blocks north of the Darlington, about a block from the ocean and the Boardwalk, and two blocks north of the 2nd Ave Fishing Pier. Inside is a large, bright living room open to a full kitchen with bar seating, two bedrooms with pillow-top mattresses, a pull-out sleeper sofa and one bath. A washer and dryer in the unit make longer stays easy, and there is a small front deck and patio with a charcoal grill. Restaurants, Family Kingdom and downtown fun are all close by. Bikini Bottom

A cute downstairs apartment, the bottom unit of a 1940s beach duplex with charming original architecture, just half a block from the Darlington and super close to the beach, the Boardwalk and the 2nd Ave Pier. There’s a living area with a pull-out sleeper sofa, an eat-in kitchen, a queen bedroom, a second bedroom with a full-size bed and smart TVs. The front porch is made for grilling and relaxing, and on summer fireworks nights you can watch the show right from the porch. Family Kingdom and downtown are an easy walk away. Tropic House

A three-bedroom 1940s beach house just half a block from the Darlington and super close to the Boardwalk, the ocean and the 2nd Ave Pier, with an ocean view from the home. You’ll find a welcoming living room, a dining area, a full kitchen, three queen bedrooms and one and a half baths. Outside there’s room to play: a front porch for morning coffee, a back deck, a large side yard with a picnic table, a fire pit, a grill and outdoor games. Welcome to Pier View, a cute upstairs apartment, the top unit of the same 1940s beach duplex as Bikini Bottom, just half a block from the Darlington and super close to the beach, the Boardwalk and the 2nd Ave Pier. It’s tucked away down a side alley and has a newly remodeled living area with hardwood floors and a sleeper sofa, an eat-in kitchen, a queen bedroom, a second bedroom with a queen and a twin bed, and a bath with a tub and shower. Watch the summer Wednesday-night fireworks from the large front porch, or fire up the grill and fire pit out back. The sleeper sofa means families with an extra little one are welcome.
