Book here for an extended weekend with my son and was very pleased. From the time we booked the owners were in contact to ensure everything was good for us. The staff were very friendly, the room was nice, beds were comfortable and they have a nice pool. Would definitely book here again.

Fantastic place. Staff is caring, room was super clean and spacious, and the location is right across the street from the beach. Easy to walk to and from places. The view from our room was amazing as we could see the ocean and the pier. It was wonderful to watch the sunrise from our room. Will definitely be back!

Excellent room very clean opposite the beach beautiful pool. People who work here went out of their way to help, and will definitely stay at the Darlington inn anytime we are in this area.

After weeks and weeks trying to make reservations with no success we came across The Darlington Inn & Cottages. This was a last minute vacation trip for the 4th of July and 250 year celebrations. So happy we found The Darlington Inn & Cottages. The owners of the property and her family are extremely helpful and kind. It's a very close walk to the beaches and all kinds of stores. Definitely would consider staying here again.

Zach, Jeff, Irene & the rest of the staff made us feel like family, their hospitality from start to finish was superb. They all came out to the pool where my kid & I were swimming on the 4th of July (My kid's Birthday) to come out & sing Happy Birthday & we had the best seat in the house for the fireworks & the ocean view. Whenever we come back to Myrtle Beach, without a doubt, we're definitely staying here!

Absolutely loved the Darlington Inn! With our kids and 2 fur babies. It was so quiet and peaceful! We loved the ocean view! No other buildings obstructing your view of the ocean. The pool was clean and so nice to swim in. We loved they had a hose and showers to clean off after coming off the ocean. The area felt so safe. I had no problems walking my dogs out late at night. It is very pet friendly but the rooms were so clean you couldn't even tell they allowed animals.

We originally picked this hotel because it was about the only one in Myrtle beach that would allow 20 year olds since most are 21+. We weren't expecting the amazing service from the manager and beautiful rooms. … The bed was comfortable and felt clean. … It felt like a home away from home and cozy. I would definitely come back here, and recommend this place.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were super helpful and accommodating! The location was great; you can see the beach from the balcony and it's barely a two minute walk away.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room with balcony was cute and comfortable, the staff was very warm, welcoming, and helpful, and I felt very safe traveling alone.

The room had a great view of the ocean and was roomy. It had a nice clean pool, easy access to the boardwalk, and is close to the beach without too much traffic.

Quaint clean, great location with a cool vintage vibe. The room was comfortable and staff were extremely helpful. Love that there's a full little kitchen.

The owners are kind people and this will be the only place we're staying from now on.

We stayed a week in one of the cottages... it was amazing very clean... good housekeeping and wonderful customer service... the pool was very clean and fun for the children!!
