No pets allowed without prior approval, not all of our rooms or cottages are pet friendly. Pet fee required and restrictions apply. Pets not allowed in Pool Area !
Guests
Check out time 11:00am
Hotel units are limited to a maximum Number of occupants due to fire code. Guests are permitted on property until 11pm. Exceeding the number of people Booked for your room after 11 pm is reason for eviction without refund. Quiet hours are from 11:oo pm – 9:oo am. Any noise disturbances during quiet hours are reason for eviction without refund. Criminal acts of any kind are not tolerated in rooms or on property, this includes, but is not limited to drug use, possession, distribution, and paraphernalia. If caught committing criminal act/s on or off property you will immediately be evicted without refund.
Minimum age to rent room is 18. A refundable security deposit is required for anyone age 18-21.
Rooms & Cottages
ALL OF OUR UNITS ARE NON SMOKING! Violation of this rule will result in a $250 cleaning fee! Smoking is permitted on the balconies. Please dispose of cigarette waste in designated disposals. Units are furnished by our housekeeping department with towels, linens, and kitchenware for as many guests that are allowed in the unit. Guest is responsible for any damages and/or missing items and will be charged at replacement prices. Please do not take hotel items to beach (blankets, bedspreads, towels, etc.).
No large gatherings or parties without PRIOR APPROVAL !
Parking
A valid guest parking pass must be displayed on dashboard/rear view mirror at all times while on property. If you have more than one vehicle please make us aware as parking is limited.
Balconies
No barbecuing on balconies by order of state fire marshal. No throwing, spitting, or yelling from balconies. Any disturbances on balconies are subject to eviction without refund.
Room Services and Laundry Facilities
Maid service is available by request only. We do not enter your room without your permission! (Emergencies excluded) Please let the front desk know if you would like a one time or daily service. Bed sheets are changed only every 3 days if you request the daily maid service. We offer a towel and washcloth exchange in the office at any time. Trash bags, toilet paper, soap, and other essentials are also available in the office.
There is no on-site laundry service for guests at this time.
Pool
• Pool is open from 9:00 am – 10:00 pm
• No glass allowed in pool area
• Proper pool attire required
• Children that are not potty trained are required to wear a swim diaper
• Please shower off sand before entering pool
