Inn Policies

Rates are based on Dates, Type of Accommodations, length of stay, and pet accommodations.

All rates are subject to a 13% accommodations Tax

 

Check in Time:  2  Pm

Check Out Time:  11 Am

 

Reservations require a Deposit of at least one night's rate.

 

Cancellations are subject to a $15 service charge and a 7 day notice for return of deposit

Security deposit may be required if under the age of 25.  

You must be at least 18 years of age to rent.

All rates are subject to availability

All local, county and state codes are enforced

No elevators...Ground Floor rooms available

Long term Winter rates are available from October 1 thru March 15
